Welcome to the The Church of the Messiah, the Church with the Heart of a Family. We are a group of men and women from diverse backgrounds seeking to forge a deeper relationship with Our Lord Jesus Christ. Since we are a parish in the Charismatic Episcopal Church (CEC) and believe in Convergence worship, our worship is historic and contemporary, holy and joyful, biblical and Spirit-filled. Most of all, we are the Church with the Heart of a Family, so make yourself at home and stop by for Sunday dinner!

A Call To Intercession!

Calling all intercessors:

On Monday, Jan 31st, at 6:30pm, come join the prophetic intercessors of the Church of the Messiah at the Shimp’s home for a time of instruction and prayer. A light dinner will be provided. This is open to all who feel the call of the Lord to prophetic intercession. Please let Cathie know if you will be attending.

This Sunday is YOUTH SUNDAY

Come and see as the youth of COM take over the service! Our kids will be singing praise and worship, reading the lessons and we will even have an inspired sermon by Hunter Pardee. This is the second year in a row that we have done this and last time was tremendous fun. Come and see what our youth have been learning over the last year!

Join Us For A Night of Worship And Praise!!!

Tonight Church of the Messiah will meet for a night of Praise and Worship.  We will gather at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church (2961 N. University Blvd., across from JU) at 7:30.  Be sure to join us as we pray for the LORD to stir up our spirits and enliven our hearts!  Childcare will be provided.
